Established on 2003 under license# 115 dated 02/06/1423 and issued by Ministry of Commerce and Industry – Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. From the early start we were recognized for providing World Class Trade and Finance consultation and advisory services to our clients, highlighting our head position in innovation and development and in enriching the domestic financial market with the global experience.
Today, we march forward, producing for our clients satisfying results that excel those produced by our market competitors. Our journey has only brought us higher. We expand our Financial Consulting and Trade Finance Advisory services to include Accounting & Finance, Audit & Assurance, Corporate Treasury, Supply Chain Finance Optimization, Turn-Around Consulting & Debt Restructuring. Information Technology completely changes the way we analyze and present data. We have embraced new technologies and have ensured that our clients receive cutting edge analytics. As we go on towards the future we intend to exploit the full potential of new Business Intelligence technologies to power our services.

By this time we were a well known name within the Trade Finance. We had been prominent members of the industry for more than 10 years and worked for some of the biggest clients in Saudi Arabia & the GCC.

new premises
This was the first period when BTFConsult actually felt like it would stick around for a while. We realized we were growing more stable and expanding at the same time. We needed a new office as we had severely outgrown the last one. We started scouting for a new location.

started with a small team
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start Bakhsh Trade & Finance Consulting "BTFConsult" was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing. We began by successfully hosting "The Annual Survey of Letter of Credit Law & Practice" presented by the well known US Law Professor James Byrne. First event of such in Saudi Arabia!
